In 2018 I quit my civil engineering job because I was frustrated with the project delivery model, slow innovation and lack of diversity. Looking for meaningful work I was drawn to service design and graphic design because of the open minded research methods, creativity and human centred approach. I took a graphic design course at Shillington London and since then have been working as a freelance graphic designer making visual identities for eclectic businesses that value positive social impact. I am now pursuing a career in UX/UI design because I believe in building experiences that people can navigate with ease and joy, and I want to do work where I can use both my technical and creative skill sets.

I am also an artist. I value process over result and believe that everyone is creative. I recently participated in an exhibition where we included an interactive clay piece where everyone could make a mushroom and put it anywhere in the space.
