The challenge
Marek is a guitar teacher in south east London. He loved jazz and contemporary art and wanted these types of aesthetics incorporated into his brand. Marek wanted his visual identity to show that his focus was not on grades but on musicality and self expression. He wanted to attract older students who were looking to explore music and grow as creative individuals.
Musicality and self expression
Self expression is shown by a hand written work mark and an illustration in the form of loose wiggly lines. Calm is expressed through a muted colour palette and spacious composition inspired by the artist Isamu Noguchi.
